Membership Service Policy

This policy constitutes a binding addendum to the SwayShorts User Agreement, specifically governing all commercial transactions, including the purchase of Premium memberships and the utilization of our proprietary virtual currency. In the event of any conflict regarding billing disputes or financial rights, the stipulations outlined in this document shall supersede all other agreements.

"Coins" and "Bonuses" are defined as limited-license digital items designed exclusively to access specific entertainment modules within the SwayShorts ecosystem.

1. Non-Monetary Nature: Coins possess no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency under any circumstances.

2. Transfer Restrictions: These assets are strictly non-transferable; users are prohibited from selling, trading, or gifting Coins to other accounts.

3. Operational Discretion: SwayShorts retains the absolute right to modify exchange rates, bundle pricing, and validity periods without prior notice.

4. Irrevocability: All acquisitions of Coin bundles are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

SwayShorts does not process payments directly; all financial transactions are managed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing gateways. Once the digital goods are provisioned to your account, the sale is deemed complete. We reserve the right to revise our pricing structures for future transactions at any time, based on market conditions.

Subscribers to the SwayShorts VIP Membership are granted exclusive access to an enhanced viewing experience. Benefits include the removal of third-party advertisements and the ability to stream content in the highest available video quality (HD/4K where applicable).

• Streaming Only: Please note that this membership grants a license for streaming only; downloading episodes for offline viewing is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: These privileges are for individual use only. Any evidence of account sharing or commercial reselling will result in the immediate revocation of VIP status without refund.
