By subscribing to the "Recurring Service" via SwayShorts, you explicitly authorize the Platform to initiate automated billing charges against your designated payment method at the commencement of each billing interval (monthly or weekly). Your access to premium content is validated immediately upon the successful verification of the initial transaction.
To ensure uninterrupted service delivery, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may process the renewal charge up to 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription term. It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain valid payment information and sufficient funds. SwayShorts assumes no liability for service interruptions resulting from banking declines.
SwayShorts reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing tiers. Any such modifications will legally take effect at the start of your subsequent renewal cycle. If you do not consent to the price adjustment, you are required to cancel the subscription before the billing date of the new term.
You retain the right to disable the auto-renewal feature at any moment solely through your Operating System’s subscription management settings (Apple ID or Google Account). To prevent a charge for the subsequent period, cancellation requests must be executed at least 24 hours before the renewal window opens. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
By utilizing this subscription service, users agree to comply with all applicable local laws and SwayShorts policies. Any disputes arising from automated billing protocols shall be resolved through the binding arbitration procedures detailed in our primary User Agreement.
