User Agreement

Part A: Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and SwayShorts. By downloading, installing, or accessing our digital library, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept these terms. If you dissent from any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the application and uninstall the software.

Part B: Account Security & Registration

While limited browsing may be accessible to guests, full utilization of premium features requires the registration of a verified user profile. You act as the sole custodian of your login credentials and accept full liability for all actions conducted under your account alias. Any suspicion of unauthorized access must be reported immediately to contact@xw28sws.com.

Part C: Content Licensing & Proprietary Rights

SwayShorts grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view our curated selection of short-form entertainment strictly for private, non-commercial use.

  1. Ownership: All source code, visual assets, and audio tracks remain the exclusive intellectual property of SwayShorts.
  2. No Downloading: This license permits streaming only. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, ripping, or storing video files offline.
  3. Redistribution: Any form of broadcasting, copying, or redistribution is a violation of international copyright law.

Part D: Commercial Terms & Subscriptions

The standard iteration of SwayShorts is supported by third-party advertising. Users may elect to upgrade to a "Premium Experience" via paid subscriptions to eliminate these interruptions. All financial processing regarding these upgrades is securely administered through the official App Store or Google Play billing systems.

Part E: Restrictions on Platform Usage

To preserve the integrity of our digital ecosystem, users are expressly prohibited from:

(1) Attempting to circumvent encryption or security layers;

(2) Utilizing automated scripts, spiders, or malware to scrape data;

(3) Exploiting the platform for unsolicited commercial marketing;

(4) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of creators or the platform.

Part F: Jurisdiction & Limitation of Liability

Any legal controversies or claims arising from the interpretation or breach of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
